Exciting New Spiro Features for the End of Winter

While it’s still snowing in Boston, we can see the end of winter approaching. Exciting!

And you know what else is exciting? All the new features we’ve added to Spiro in the past six weeks. (And if you aren’t using Spiro yet, then what are you waiting for? Sign up for a free trial now.)

Our customers have been giving us great feedback on what additional Spiro features would help them sell faster and easier, and we have been listening. Here are all the exciting new enhancements we’ve added to Spiro:

Spiro Voice is Out of Beta

Spiro Voice gives users calling capabilities directly from their web browser. With one click dialing, and the ability to send and receive texts, this makes it an ideal system for inside sales reps. All incoming calls direct you seamlessly to the Spiro contact calling you, allowing you to start your call with confidence. Spiro then automatically logs every call and text to your CRM, saving you valuable time on data entry.

Zapier Integration Improvements

We have additional enhancements to our integration with Zapier, the popular email marketing application. You can now integrate Zapier reminders with tools like Slack, which will allow you to share future tasks with your team in a simpler and easier way.

Google Chrome Extension Updates

Now when using Spiro’s Google Chrome Extension, you can see multiple email activities on your screen. We have also made improvements to the flow of setting future reminders, making the process more intuitive for our users.

New Reporting Features

To have the best insights into your sales activities, Spiro has added some custom reporting capabilities that help show you how productive your team has been. With our new pipeline reports, you can see what’s still in the forecast and receive helpful suggestions for next steps. If you’d like to see Advanced Business Intelligence (BI) reports, that is now available as well!

A Weekly Summary report has been added, which is scheduled to automatically be emailed to users on Saturday mornings. It includes details of your full week’s activities and helps summarize for you how you’re doing against your goal.

Team Edition Additions

Spiro Team Edition is our AI powered sales management tool that allows managers complete visibility into what deals their reps are working on, making forecasting and managing their team’s pipelines easier than ever. We recently added the ability to create custom fields for companies, contacts, and opportunities, making Spiro adaptable to your specific needs and functionality.

Another new feature is our Spiro Pipeline Velocity Dashboard. This will tell managers how fast opportunities are moving through their sales pipeline on their way to being won or closed out. You have the ability to break it down by sales rep, to give you a more detailed look into how your team’s rates compare.

Cleaner Data

Not only do we believe that sales reps shouldn’t waste their time doing data entry, but they also shouldn’t waste time cleaning up bad data. To help with that, we have made fixes to avoid creating contacts for people that you have consciously been ignoring, so the rep doesn’t have to go into their CRM later and delete data.

We have also made engineering improvements to our de-duping engine to avoid duplicate contacts and companies from being created. Another step in ensuring cleaner data going into your CRM.

New Spiro Assistant Features

Spiro assistant now has enhanced customization, which gives you the ability to set future reminders with a specific time attached. You can also request your assistant to remind you 15 minutes prior to when your task is due, never missing a reminder again.

We have recently enhanced our NLP commands within the Spiro email assistant, now allowing you to create reminders and add new contacts and opportunities. By having a simple email conversation with assistant@spiro.ai, Spiro will automatically add the information for you, so you don’t have to manually enter data.

Customized Email Templates

Spiro comes with eleven built-in email templates guaranteed to get your contacts and prospects to open your emails. We have now added the ability for our users to create new email templates and also rename existing templates to something more meaningful to them.

New and Improved Log Interaction Flow

With the new interaction log flow the user will be able to track notes from the interaction and enter details for the future activity. Users can always skip the future reminder but with this new version they can also ask Spiro to remind them at a specific time.
