New Spiro Features for the New Year

Happy New Year from the engineering team here at Spiro. We’ve been working hard to bring you the features you’ve been asking for, and a few surprises too. (And since we didn’t publish and update of new features in December, this is a pretty long list!)

We will be live on Facebook discussing our new features on January 18, 2017 at 4pm EST. Like us on Facebook to get notified when we go live.

What’s new? Glad you asked…

Spiro Team Edition is Out of Beta

Thanks to everyone who helped us test our latest product, and now Spiro Team Edition is available to all users, by signing up here.

What does Team Edition include? All the great features in Personal Edition, plus:

Reports

Spiro Team Edition comes with over 11 pre-built reports designed to help you track critical sales activity, the growth of your pipeline and the risks in your forecast. Our customer support team will work with you to customize them to fit your specific needs.

Team Visibility

Sales leaders, team members and other staff will have access to their sales team’s data within Spiro. They can easily see activities, notes and updates to help them better perform their job functions.

Lead and Opportunity Reassignment

Sales managers can now move opportunities and leads from one sales rep to another, and can work with our customer care team to set up automated routing rules.

Custom Sales Stages

Every company has a slightly different sales process, and now in Spiro you can set up your own sales stages to manage your opportunities according to that process.

Goal Tracking

Your sales team lives and dies by their goals, right? Well now you can track progress against them directly in Spiro.

Spiro Voice is now In Beta

By the request of numerous customers, we’re testing a new add-on to Spiro: the ability to call directly from your web browser. This turns Spiro into an ideal system for inside sales reps who want to follow Spiro’s great recommendations and make as many calls as possible.

Here is a quick illustration of how it works:

Activities Are Now Your Timeline and Include More

Spiro now automatically groups all of your sales activity — calls, emails, calendar appointments — into an easy to read timeline of your interaction with a contact or account. And by hovering over the description of any item in your timeline you can see the full details:

Notes & Attachments

One new part of the revamped Timeline is the ability to add notes to your contacts, companies and opportunities.

New Email Assistant Functionality

For a few months Spiro users have been able to have an email conversation with assistant@SpiroHQ.com to do things like add contacts or create opportunities in Spiro.

Now you can also update opportunity fields like the amount, close date or even the opportunity name. You can easily set a reminder to get back to your contact as well.

Integration with Mailchimp, Pardot, Webforms

Spiro now support integration with many popular email marketing applications using Zapier. For example, you can use Zapier to automatically add contacts into Spiro when someone signs up for your email list, or even generate an opportunity for them based on various conditions.

We’d Love Your Feedback
