Meet Spiro’s Founders

Spiro’s founders have deep understanding of sales and CRM, and are now the company’s executives, leading a phenomenal team of people.

Adam Honig

Adam is Spiro’s CEO. His career began in sales, and co-founded a software company where he led sales through its successful IPO and sale. Afterwards, Adam founded Innoveer which grew to be one of the largest CRM consulting firms, helping clients like Charles Schwab, Bose and Abbott Labs achieve success with CRM.

After selling Innoveer, Adam focused his mission on helping salespeople make more money using artificial intelligence.

Andy Levi

As CTO, Andy Levi leads the engineering team at Spiro. With a degree in systems engineering, he has led technical teams his entire career. Andy previously worked at Forrester Research where his focus was CRM, and has held various technical leadership roles at IntraLinks, Innoveer and Cambridge Technology Partners.

He has deployed solutions for over 300,000 salespeople.

Justin Kao

Justin Kao, VP Growth, leads Spiro’s sales and customer success teams. Previously, Justin worked with Adam and Andy at Innoveer, and has worked his entire career in CRM including at Cloud Sherpas and Mavens where he helped companies like Unum, Staples and Bristol-Myers Squibb achieve success with CRM.

His strength is relating to customers.

After 20+ years of working in CRM, Adam, Andy and Justin learned the hard truth: salespeople hate CRM. As a result, companies were spending millions of dollars on CRM and weren’t getting anything out of it, except for frustration.

Shortly after selling his last company, Adam found the inspiration he needed while watching the movie Her. The vision of artificial intelligence, played by the voice of Scarlett Johansson, guiding sales reps to larger commission checks was indelibly stuck in his mind.

He called up Andy and Justin and said “I know what we’re doing next.”

And that’s how the idea of Spiro began. Today Spiro’s AI-Powered CRM is helping thousands of sales teams to increase effectiveness and deliver more accurate business insights to their companies.
