Meet Spiro’s Leadership

Spiro’s founding and executive team has deep understanding of sales and CRM, and lead a phenomenal team of people.

Adam Honig

As Spiro’s CEO, Adam is focused on the company’s overall market strategy and vision. Previously, he co-founded a software company which he led through its successful IPO and sale. Afterwards, Adam founded Innoveer, one of the largest CRM consulting firms, which was successfully acquired by Cloud Sherpas (and then Accenture).

Adam is passionate about helping sales teams make more money using artificial intelligence, and is the driving force behind Spiro’s proactive relationship management.

Andy Levi

As CTO, Andy Levi leads the engineering team at Spiro. With a degree in systems engineering, he has led technical teams his entire career. Andy previously worked at Forrester Research where his focus was CRM, and has held various technical leadership roles at IntraLinks, Innoveer and Cambridge Technology Partners.

Andy is a pioneer in AI-driven CRM technology, and is excited by the potential of predictive analytics for sales teams.

Justin Kao

Justin Kao, VP of Growth, is focused on building market momentum for Spiro. He spearheads Spiro’s global partner program, working with the company’s largest customers around the world. Previously, Justin held CRM consultant roles at Innoveer, Cloud Sherpas and Mavens, where he helped companies achieve success in their sales automation processes.

His strength is helping customers leverage innovative technology to enable their sales team to succeed and grow.

Taice Perrotti

Taice Perrotti, VP of Business Development, leads Spiro’s outbound prospecting team. She joined Spiro in 2015 to build Spiro’s go-to-market strategy, and has developed the company’s inside sales and business development team from the ground up. Previously, Taice worked in the non-profit space, implementing CRM tools and overseeing prospect acquisition and donor solicitation campaigns.

She excels at testing new ideas and building programs from the ground up, and is Spiro’s comedy writer in her spare time.

Kari Hanson

Kari Hanson, VP of Marketing, leads Spiro’s marketing team, including demand generation, branding and communications. Prior to joining Spiro in 2019, she was the vice president of marketing for SailPoint, joining them as an early-stage startup and helping to achieve a multi-billion dollar market cap as a public company.

Kari is great at building global brands, and loves telling company stories in a way that resonate with customers.

Shortly after selling his last company, Adam found the inspiration he needed while watching the movie Her. The vision of artificial intelligence, played by the voice of Scarlett Johansson, guiding sales reps to larger commission checks was indelibly stuck in his mind.

He called up Andy and Justin and said “I know what we’re doing next.”

And that’s how the idea of Spiro began. Today Spiro’s AI-Powered CRM is helping thousands of sales teams to increase effectiveness and deliver more accurate business insights to their companies.
