The Hottest New Spiro Features to Warm You Up for Summer
The sun is out, the weather is warming up, and summer feels like it’s just around the corner.

Here are all the exciting new features we’ve added to Spiro:
Targets Lists
Since the early days of Spiro we’ve always aimed to help salespeople stay on top of their opportunities and close more deals. One way we have achieved this goal is to help organize your sales life.
Our latest addition, Spiro Targets, will keep you even more focused and organized. This function allows the user to create lists of contacts grouped by any field, creating tailored and custom outbound campaigns.
With advanced searching criteria, you can simply group together contacts into targeted lists that are most relevant to your prospecting goals. For instance, you can query on anyone who is located in Boston, has a title of CEO, and has no recent opportunities attached.
In addition, the use of Targets is supported on all devices.
New Reporting Features
There are now some great new reports that can help managers keep on top of their sales team’s success. We’ve created a few standard dashboards that allow you to see your team’s forecasting risks by monitoring their current real-time activity. All of this with minimal data entry for you and your sales reps.

Team Edition Additions
Back in March we announce the ability for managers to have complete visibility into what deals their reps are working on. This enhancement made forecasting and managing team pipelines easier than ever.
Today, managers have even more control over their team’s deals, with the ability to override and influence the Spiro Assistant to help prioritize what they value as important deals.
This comes in handy after those one-on-one meetings with a rep. A manager can now create a smart reminder for a specific deal that they just talked about maybe needing more attention.
With the ability to push reminders for follow-ups out to reps, sales managers can keep at the forefront deals that require immediate action. It’s the best of both world – managers and artificial intelligence working together.
New Email Assistant Features
Hopefully you are already taking advantage of the capabilities of our email assistant. By having a simple email conversation with assistant@spiro.ai, Spiro will automatically add in reminders, contacts, and opportunities for you, freeing up your data entry time so you can focus on selling.
Recently, we made some improvements, such as adding:
- the ability to not only bcc assistant@spiro.ai, but to also cc the assistant.
- an automatic search of email signatures to create a full contact record, including email, phone and company information
- the functionality which allows you to respond to a reminder sent from the assistant and mark it as done or even reschedule it
Other Exciting Spiro Changes
Making Emailing Easier
When you are within an activity, email content is now integrated into a pop-up window. This allows you to read and reply to emails from within Spiro, eliminating the need to switch from window to window.
Quota Tracking
We have added the ability to track monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing deals against your quota. Personal quotas are easily entered and adjusted through your Spiro setting. This enhancements is available for both individual users, and our Spiro Team Edition managers.
Meeting Confirmations
The recommendation sent by Spiro to confirm your meetings is now back! Artificial intelligence cross references your calendar and prospects to automatically recommend that you confirm your upcoming meetings, and providing you with built-in email templates to do so. We have also made improvement to remind users to follow-up with meetings that have recently happened. Both of these features prevent deals from falling through the cracks!
