New Collaboration Feature Allows You to Stay Updated on Customers in Real-time

With everyone running in 20 directions, it’s challenging to keep everyone involved in a customer relationship updated, especially when salespeople are on the road.  Spiro’s platform now make it easier for everyone to collaborate on customer updates quickly and easily. 

Our newest feature, called Collaboration Notes, lets anyone share information, answer questions and notify others of updates to keep everyone on the same page:

  • Add notes to contacts, companies, activities, quotes, and more
  • Tag others by @mentioning them either by name, email address, or even groups (👋 @Field Sales)
  • See who’s who with handy profile pics attached to each note
  • Automatically notify others via notifications and/or emails

The great thing about this new feature is that Spiro users can email non-users in the company, so they can see the information – and those people can reply via email to respond.
