Spiro’s Latest Features and Updates – May 2018

We are pleased to share with you all the latest Spiro features and updates we have been working on this past month. These enhancements to our product will help improve the way salespeople do their job, allowing them to spend less time on data entry and more time selling!

Assistant Improvements

Many of our product improvements come from customer suggestions. Not only did we hear some great feedback on ways to change the Assistant, but we listened to you and implemented those suggestions.

Remember when you made a call from the Assistant, and the card would immediately disappear? Well, we have changed that! Now when you use the Assistant, and complete a task the card doesn’t automatically disappear.

This is ideal if you want to complete more than one action for a particular prospect. Let’s say you made a call, didn’t reach them, and then want to also send an email – now you can do this much more easily. The card will stay in the Assistant until you click “done”. This important chance gives the user control over closing out their action, so they can log more than one activity, if necessary, for a contact before they move on to their next deal.

Web Enhancements

Campaign Changes

  • We recently made enhancements to the email campaigns editor, allowing you to easily add images into your email templates.
  • We made improvements to filtering capability so now it’s easier to add contacts into your email campaigns. You can apply multiple filters and add a group of prospects to your campaigns with ease.
  • Our Campaign feature now has a calling functionality! When you are in a campaign, click on the “start calling” button and it will automatically add all of those prospects to your Assistant’s daily to do list. This allows you to quickly call through your targeted list of contacts on a specific campaign. This improvement will be especially helpful for BDRs who have a list of prospects they need to email, call, and then call again.

Reminder Changes

We made improvements to how reminders are displayed. If you create a reminder for someone else, it now shows in the description who created it and when it was created. This information will now also be displayed on the email assistant emails, which are sent when someone creates a reminder for another user.

iOS

  • We made UI enhancements to the interaction details, allowing you to easily read and reply to notes.
  • You can now also add notes directly to a contact from your mobile phone.
  • The search feature on iOS now allows for global searching functionality. This means that when you are searching on your phone, Spiro will look through contacts, companies, and opportunities, displaying any records that match.
  • There are some new improvements to the opportunity filters, allowing users great control over selecting and sorting opportunities.

Spiro Voice

Spiro Voice gives users calling capabilities directly from within Spiro. It provides one click dialing, the ability to send and receive texts, call forwarding and recording, and direct logging of calls right into Spiro.

If you aren’t using Spiro Voice, email customer success to get this set up and training scheduled.

We have made two recent changes to Spiro Voice to enhance the user experience.

  • We made updates to give users the ability to view a call log of their missed and received Spiro Voice calls.
  • You can now also see a list of all your text messages, and easily read and reply to.
